Start wiggling those hips and join in this great fun workshop with Belly Dancing devotee for more than 10 years, Heather. You will get a brief history of its origins, and learn about the health benefits, followed by warm up exercises and be taught the basic movements, then cool down exercises. A “coin” belt will be on loan in the session for each participant, for a more realistic experience. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise.
