The workshop will explore the importance of gratitude and self compassion in our everyday wellbeing. It will provide an opportunity for you to start the morning with a guided meditation, have a little fun with gratitude and explore self compassion. A workshop to start cultivating a more compassionate and grateful life.
Suzie has extensive experience in working with individuals, groups and communities to build their full potential. She has worked in the Public Sector in primarily community development roles and subsequently, was a lecturer at TAFE SA and Charles Darwin University. Her primary focus now is balancing her time in the not-for-profit sector, building her business and most importantly being a Mum. She has a particular passion in working with and empowering rural and remote communities.
