Cooking From Scratch With The Thermomix

DOUBLE WORKSHOP 1.30pm – 5pm

Jessica from the Adelaide Hills Thermomix team will demonstrate the versatility of the Thermomix and show you how to save money and time in the kitchen. Using local  produce, watch her create a beautiful fresh drink, a delicious dip, lemon curd, hand made  gluten free crackers, a quick fresh salad, a fast chicken curry with cauliflower rice, pizza scrolls, dairy free ice cream and a delicious lemon curd custard-Are you feeling hungry? There will also be opportunity to get hands on with parts of this workshop and enjoy samples throughout the session.
