Tracy Collins is a multi-hyphenate creative whose path spans food, business, and academia, each grounded in a deep dedication to wellbeing. A two-time MasterChef Australia contestant, Tracy embraced food as a powerful connector of people and ideas, using it as the launchpad for a series of ventures that reflect her curiosity and drive.

From launching and running multiple businesses to hosting guests at her Barossa Valley accommodation and cellar door, Tracy brings warmth, innovation, and grit to everything she builds. With formal training in Psychology and Neuroscience, she’s now completing a PhD in Psychology.

As a mother, speaker, and lifelong learner, Tracy invites others to celebrate their own evolution. Growth rarely follows a straight line, and every chapter brings its own kind of wisdom.
