Movements/ Breath/ Relaxation- suitable for all ages and fitness levels. If you can breathe you can do yoga.

Experience the benefits of reconnecting to our breath, moving through some beautiful

movements for our body to experience the inner sanctuary of peace that resides within us all.

Pam Gibson (Yoga Pam), who has over 20 years experience as a yoga teacher, is looking forward to sharing that inner peace experience with you.
