The presentation will be delivered by the Bushfire Community Legal Program – a free legal program that aims to improve bushfire preparedness in high-risk or previously impacted communities across the state. The presentation provides 5 practical insurance tips to help improve participants’ ability to read and understand their insurance policies, understand what evidence to gather for a claim, how to make a claim, and the complaints/review handling process of a claim.
